Practice Description
José Alquéres has a wide and diversified experience in corporate, business, contract and regulatory and public law having worked as in-house lawyer at energy, engineering, construction and infrastructure companies, as well as attorney at major law firms. His practice as generalist lawyer and specialist in Corporate and Contract Law gives him an extensive experience in the analysis, review and drafting private and public contracts and corporate documents of high complexity, including minutes of Shareholders’ and Board Members’ meetings, shareholders agreement, service contracts, product supply and distribution agreements, tender documents, public concession agreements guarantee and loans agreements, joint ventures and consortia agreements and their related civil and commercial contractual liabilities, contractual claims). José Alquéres também presta assessoria na elaboração de other legal documents and administrative requirements related to preparation / review of preliminary documents for projects (NDA, MOU, Letter of Intent, etc); preparation and review of project application forms for public tenders from different governmental authorities; coordination of corporate documents, among other activities.
